How does it actually work?

We deliver clean totes, dollies and reusable labels to the home you are moving out of. You pack at your own pace over your rental period, move, and unpack. Then we collect everything from your new home. You never have to return anything to us.

Do you pick up from a different address than you delivered to?

Yes, and that is the whole point. Tell us your current address for delivery and your new address for pickup. Both are set when you book, and you can change the pickup address from your account if your plans shift.

How many totes do I need?

Most one-bedroom apartments use around 20, most two to three bedroom homes around 40, and larger homes around 60. Our 60-second package finder gives you an estimate, and you can add totes at any point before delivery.

How big are the totes and what fits inside?

Accepted Answer

Each tote is roughly 27 by 17 by 12 inches and holds about as much as two medium cardboard boxes. Books, kitchenware, linens, clothes, files and small electronics all fit well. They stack and they have lids, so nothing needs taping.

What if I need them for longer than two weeks?

Request an extension from your account before your pickup date. Additional weeks are charged at the rate shown when you book, and extensions are subject to availability.

Question 6

Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?

Someone aged 18 or over should be there so we can hand over the equipment and count it back in. We give you a delivery window rather than an exact time, and we will message you when we are on the way.

Question 7

What happens if a tote is damaged or goes missing?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear from an ordinary move is expected and never charged. If something does not come back we charge the lost-equipment rate shown at checkout. For damage we always show you photographs and give you a chance to respond before charging anything.

Do you deliver to Fort Carson, Peterson or the Air Force Academy?

Yes. We handle base access regularly. Tell us your gate, your sponsor's details and whether the address is on or off base when you book, and we will plan around it.

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain, Falcon, Security-Widefield, Manitou Springs, Black Forest and Cimarron Hills at no extra delivery charge. We also reach Pueblo, Castle Rock and Woodland Park with a delivery surcharge shown before you pay.

Why totes instead of cardboard boxes?

Accepted Answer

They do not need assembling or taping, they stack squarely so a dolly load does not topple, they keep their shape in rain and snow, and you do not spend the week after your move breaking down cardboard. When you are done, we take them away.
