Tote Goat Rental Agreement

## What you are renting Tote Goat rents you reusable moving totes, dollies and labels for the rental period shown on your reservation. The equipment remains Tote Goat property throughout. ## Delivery and pickup We deliver to the address you give us and collect from the address you give us, which may be different. Someone aged 18 or over should be present unless you have agreed unattended delivery with us in writing. We will give you a delivery window rather than an exact time. If we cannot reach the door because of access, gates or parking, we will contact you to reschedule and a return trip may be charged. ## Your rental period Your period starts on the delivery date and ends on the pickup date shown on your reservation. You may request an extension through your account before the pickup date, subject to availability, at the additional week rate then in effect. ## Looking after the equipment Please keep the totes indoors and dry, do not overload them beyond what one person can lift, and empty them before pickup. Normal wear from an ordinary move is expected and never charged. Equipment that is not returned is charged at the lost-equipment rates shown at checkout. Damage beyond normal wear is charged at cost. We will show you photographs and give you a chance to respond before charging anything. ## Payment Payment is taken in full at booking. Where you have authorised it, we may keep a payment method on file to charge extensions you request and documented loss or damage. ## Cancellation The cancellation terms shown at checkout apply and form part of this agreement. ## Liability Tote Goat is not responsible for the contents of the totes or for damage to your belongings. Please pack fragile items with care. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. ## Changes to these terms The version of these terms you accepted at booking governs your rental. Later versions do not apply retroactively.
